Bookings are subject to availability.

A booking confirmation will be provided following payment.

Bookings are non-transferable without prior agreement from the host.

2. Participant Requirements

The minimum age for participants is 8 years old.

Children aged 8–15 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Maximum group size is 4 participants unless otherwise agreed.

Participants should be reasonably fit and able to walk on uneven ground, inclines, and natural terrain.

The experience may not be suitable for individuals with certain mobility restrictions. Please contact us before booking if you have any concerns.

3. Health and Safety

Participants must follow all instructions provided by the experience host.

Suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear must be worn.

Participants attend at their own risk and should notify the host before the experience of any medical conditions, allergies, mobility issues, or other health concerns that may affect participation.

This includes allergies to animals, hay, grass, plants, insect stings, or other environmental factors commonly found in a farm setting.

Participants are responsible for carrying any medication they may require during the experience, including inhalers, EpiPens, or other prescribed treatments.

The experience takes place on a working smallholding/farm environment where natural hazards may be present, including uneven terrain, mud, livestock, gates, fencing, machinery, and changing weather conditions.

4. Animal Welfare

The welfare of our goats is our highest priority.

Participants must treat all animals with care, kindness, and respect.

Participants must not deliberately frighten, chase, hit, pull, or otherwise mistreat any animal.

Any behaviour deemed unsafe, abusive, or distressing to the animals may result in immediate termination of the experience without refund.

5. Dogs

Dogs are not permitted on the premises or during the Goat Walking Experience under any circumstances, except for registered assistance dogs where prior notice has been provided and arrangements have been agreed in advance.

6. Weather Conditions

Experiences operate in most weather conditions.

Participants should dress appropriately for the weather forecast.

In cases of severe weather where safety may be compromised, the experience may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of the host.

Where the host cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booked experience will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a booked experience ("no-show") will result in the loss of the booking fee.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

The host reserves the right to refuse refunds where the participant fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure participant safety, goat walking involves outdoor activities and interaction with animals, which carry inherent risks.

Participants acknowledge that animals can behave unpredictably and that minor injuries such as scratches, bumps, slips, trips, or falls may occur despite reasonable precautions.

Participants accept responsibility for their own actions during the experience.

The host shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses arising from participation except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Photography and Social Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media, websites, and printed materials.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos must inform the host before the experience begins.

No personal information will be shared without consent.

10. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.

The host accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

11. Right to Refuse Participation
